By paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying that they have been credited to our current account.

Credit card

You can pay with your credit card easily and securely. For card payments, 3D secure is mandatory in order to guarantee maximum security at the time of payment. The supported circuits are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Credit card payments are processed via Stripe, an external online payment platform, which is a secure and fast solution: payments are processed virtually instantly, meeting the most stringent security requirements in the industry.

We reserve the right to request the card issuing bank to verify the authenticity of the ownership of the card in case of problems. This activity takes approximately 5 working days. At the end of the same, in case of positive outcome, we will proceed with the delivery of the order placed.

Gift42 reserves the right to request a valid identity document and a copy of the credit card (screenshot or photo) to speed up checks. The amount due will be charged on the date of shipment of the goods and not on the date of the order.

Payment deferral with PagoLight

Cash on delivery payments

Cash on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.

Payments by bank checks or postal orders are not accepted.

Gift42 Boutique reserves the right to request an advance of the amount via advance bank transfer, as a security, in the case of large amounts.

Shipping

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday with DHL or GLS express courier with delivery within 24/48 hours. Gift42 insures all your shipments, and in case of loss you will be refunded.

Delivery times and methods

Gift42 reserves one working day for sourcing the goods, packaging them and completing the necessary administrative procedures. The time taken by the DHL courier for delivery must then be added to this day.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays should not be considered when calculating delivery days. Also keep in mind that the physical store is closed on Tuesday, so orders placed on Monday after 12pm will be shipped on the first available day, i.e. Wednesday morning.

How to behave when the product is delivered

In order to make our service increasingly efficient, please check the conditions of the packaging at the time of delivery. If the package is not perfectly intact, collect it with reserve, or next to the signature on the delivery note clearly add the words "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE damaged package".

If the package is seriously damaged in such a way as to have certainly caused damage to the internal contents, reject the goods clearly asking that the words "GOODS REFUSED, damaged package" always appear on the bill.

Also check the exact correspondence of the number of packages. Any disputes must be raised immediately with the carrier; otherwise, the product is considered delivered correctly.

The invoice / delivery note / receipt contained in the appropriate pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept as a valid document for the guarantee.

Pick up at Gift42

During the purchase phase, it is possible to select the method of receiving the goods as collection at the Gift42 store, in Corso d'Augusto, 42 – 47921 Rimini (RN).
